Return Policy for Online Purchases
Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
In order to receive a store credit or an exchange:
- We must receive your package within 14 days from the day your package was delivered to you.
- All items, including shoes, must have the original tags attached and must be unworn. Items will not be eligible for credit/exchange if the item has been worn, or if the tag has been removed.
- Please send the original invoice with the items you are sending back.

We inspect each piece of clothing as we receive it from our vendors and also before shipping out to you. We try our best to catch any issues. However, if you believe you have received a defected item, please reach out to our store directly via phone call for further instructions. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package in order to make a claim.
